Belfast City Centre Management was incorporated in January 2000 to act a conduit between the public and private sectors.

BCCM was established as a not for profit company to act as an enabler, facilitator and co-ordinator of projects and services which are delivered through partnership engagement across the city centre; these projects and services are essential to help support a safe, welcoming, vibrant and sustainable city centre which benefits all users of the city centre.

BCCM’s key objective is to ensure Belfast city centre is a safe shared neutral space for the benefit of all; and delivers its projects through partnership working under the following three themes:-

• Safer City; Public Space Management; & Economic Performance.
